ขั้นตอนที่ 1 : เติมน้ำที่ต้องการทดสอบลงในหลอด 4 มล (จากชริงค์ขนาด 5 ml ที่แถมให้)
Step 1 : Add water sample to the tube 4 ml (add with 5 ml syringe).
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 : เติมน้ำยาเบอร์ A จำนวน 1 ml (จากชริงค์ขนาด 1 ml ที่แถมให้)
Step 2 : Add 1 ml of Titrant no.A. (add with 1 ml syringe)
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 : หยดน้ำยาเบอร์ 1 จำนวน 10 หยด (มีมาให้ 2 ขวด)
Step 3 : Add 10 drops of Reagent no.1 (inside 2 bottles)
ขั้นตอนที่ 4 : รอ 5 วินาที
Step 4 : Wait 5 seconds.
ขั้นตอนที่ 5 : เติมผงยาเบอร์ 2 จำนวนเล็กน้อย น้ำทดสอบจะเปลี่ยนเป็นสีชมพู
Step 5 : Add a few Reagent no.2, the water sample will turns pink color.
ขั้นตอนที่ 6 : ดูดน้ำยาเบอร์ A จำนวน 1 ml เติมลงไปในน้ำทดสอบ 0.02 ml
Step 6 : Absorb 1 ml of Titrant no.A, added to the water sample 0.02 ml.
ขั้นตอนที่ 7 : หากน้ำทดสอบยังเป็นสีชมพู ให้ย้อนไปขั้นตอนที่ 6 ใหม่ (หยดน้ำยาเบอร์ A จำนวน 0.02ml เพิ่มเข้าไปอีกครั้ง)
หากน้ำทดสอบเปลี่ยนสีเป็นสีน้ำเงิน ให้นับ จำนวนน้ำยาที่ใช้ไป x 5ppm = ค่าแคลเซียม (ppm.)
Step 7 : If the water sample is pink color. Back to Step 6 again (add 0.02 ml of Titrant no.A again).
If the water sample change color to blue color, count the ml of Titrant no.A x 5ppm =Calcium (ppm.)
